This water hose is really impressive. It has rubber covers on the ends and the fittings screw on just right. Before attaching it to the water tank, I ran some clean water through it to make sure any leftover bits from making it are gone. I didn't see any, so it seems like it was ready to use.
The hose is just right: it's flexible enough to curl up neatly, but also sturdy enough to hold its shape. When it arrived, it was actually small enough to fit into my mailbox, which is pretty handy, especially since our mailbox isn't tiny.
So far, it hasn't kinked at all, but I know that's just a matter of time with hoses. I've used a lot of hoses for drinking water, watering plants, filling bottles, and cleaning decks, and they all eventually get a kink. This one is still doing great, but it's only been a few days.
