Just installed my new lock. It took less than 15 minutes to install. Set up was easy. I’m impressed by its construction. Going to love this.

Installed last week. So far it's great. Much easier than having to dig for keys. Can even set kids finger prints so we don't always have to open door. Feels heavy duty. Only thing I would change is make the finger pull little bigger for when you close the door from inside.

Very sturdy locks. They work really well & the biometrics is very handy to have. The mobile app makes setup a breeze too.

Excellent quality door lock. I could tell by its weight when I first got it how much better quality it was than the lock I was replacing. Originally bought a keypad lock from Amazon but I didn't like a couple of the features. So I got this instead and it is much higher quality than the other lock. It did not have a fingerprint reader or the ability to use with a phone. This one was better quality and less expensive at the same time.

3. The numerical pad includes digits from 1 through 8. There is no zero, and no nine. This prevented me from using most of my preferred codes. Also not a MAJOR issue since I favor using fingerprints and eventually created an alternate code, but the omission of 2 digits from the possible selection seemed unusual. It also mandates 6�C8 numbers, and I would have liked a simpler selection for just 4 digits.

4. Most standard OEM RV door security systems accept a universal skeleton key that RV service facilities and repair shops carry. The physical keys included here utilize a proprietary design. Therefore, you cannot entirely forego carrying a key-if you are accidentally locked outside and the power cells fail, or if you require service, a dealer or mobile technician will be unable to assist you in gaining entry.
