FAQs About RV Electric Tongue Jack 5000lbs

Before use, we advise using the hand crank to raise the jack until the red line of the bottom fully appears, and then press the button to lift the jack up or down.

  1. Please check whether the positive and negative poles are connected and grounding.
  2. CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS: Negative (-): The Power Tongue Jack. Connect the black wire to the battery's positive (+) terminal or junction box.

The inner motor needs to be reactivated. The Jack needs a sizeable instantaneous current starting from the lowest point. Using the hand crank to raise the jack by 0.1 inches is recommended.
