Works great for replacing your 50A plug

Shipping was fast, the hardest part of installation was cutting off the old female end from the RV extension cord. Looks sturdy but I wish the pull holes were a tad bigger for a few fingers to fit through. But so far it's working great!

Great for replacing 50A plugs

My 50A power cord cover slipped out of the plug, exposing the wiring underneath. I used a hacksaw to cut off the old plug, then carefully installed the new plug following the instructions - it took some work. Once done, the result is great. Worth saving the expensive 50A power cord.

I actually quite like the way each wire is secured. You do need to carefully split the wire into two strands and stuff them into each side of the terminal screw.

I bought this to make an extension cord for my camper. As a licensed electrician, I found the quality to be average. The "label" pins may confuse some people. Some may easily misconnect this wiring. That said the wire nuts are a sturdy construction.
