The durable mesh construction resists rodent damage. One shopper noted initial installation required removing a plastic piece from their stove's regulator for proper threading.

Perfect fit adapter and length

I set up a compact grill on my deck stairs, freeing up space. It's a tight fit for a propane tank, but this solution was perfect, hiding the tank under the deck. It's a 12-foot long grill that can be switched to low pressure.

Initially not working, then it did...

When I got the propane line to connect my Coleman Stove to my RV's propane tank, I had trouble screwing it on and no gas was flowing. Here's what I figured out: Inside the stove's regulator, there's a tiny hard plastic piece with a little rubber gasket on top, probably to make sure the small tank seals well to the stove. The hose wouldn't screw on to replace the small tank. I took out the plastic piece and gasket, put the gasket back, and then the hose screwed on just right and works great. I also tried a small tank without the plastic piece, and that worked too. The plastic piece only let a few threads of the hose screw in, not enough for the gas to get through. The small propane tank has about twice as many threads as the extension hose, which is probably why the stove came with that extra sleeve and gasket.

I'm practical, so it's going well

Hey developers, I'm not worry about the long-term wear just yet since I got this just last week. But, I have to say, it looks like it's well-made and the connections are solid.

Perfect for my tank

It's really well made. No leaks, and I don't need to tighten it too much. It works great with a Mr. Heater Buddy, whether you're in a tent or a yurt. Life gets a whole lot easier when you're hooked up to a 30lb tank.

Works great with my HeatBuddy

I've saved a bundle and gotten loads of peaceful sleep with this 12-foot hose connected to a 20-pound propane tank. No more changing one-pound tanks every four hours!

mouse proof, very well made

I used to struggle with mice and squirrels chewing holes in my hoses. I've got a few heated hunting blinds with Buddy heaters. I'd keep the 20-pound propane tank outside, and the squirrels seemed to have a feast on the hoses. But not anymore.

Life saver!

What a great hose! I put it to work with a propane tank, Mr. Buddy heater, and a Coleman camp stove during that big power outage in Texas back in 2021. It helped keep everyone warm, fed, and in high spirits. I'm thinking of getting another one so I can cook and stay cozy all at once!

Ditch the ugly green bottles!

I'm a full time RVer, and I really dislike those green bottles that are such a hassle to attach. I picked this adapter because it's long enough to stay out of the way when I'm camping. It's made of a sturdy mesh that I trust more than those flimsy rubber hoses. I can just leave it connected to the big 20lb propane tank when I'm not using it. I got a plastic base for the tank and I coil the hose around it for storage. This is a solid, well-built product, not flimsy at all.

Good quality, worked perfect

We're setting up for a spring break camping trip where the camper won't have power. I got this to connect to a Mr. Buddy heater. I set it up for a test run, and it worked perfectly. There were no bulges, defects, or gas smells at all. I thought the heater might take time to kick in because of the long hose, but it started right up without any delay. I also used the Mr. Buddy filter to make sure no oil gets into the heater.

Perfect fit for RVs

It's well made, just the right length, and a great deal. We've been using it to hook up a small grill to our big RV propane tank. It lets us place the grill further away, unlike the short cables you usually get.

Works great, as expected

It connects smoothly to my RV's propane tank when I'm out camping, and it works just as well with a regular barbecue tank at home. No leaks so far, and the stainless steel wrapping gives it a really sturdy feel.

Solid hose, works as described

I bought this to use my camping stove indoors during the cold, rainy days, while keeping the 20lb propane tank safely outside (by running the hose through an open window). It works just great for this. I store the hose indoors when I'm not using it, and I think that will help it last longer.

Nice, quality materials.

It's been working great, no big problems. The hose can store quite a bit of propane, so I suggest you turn off the tank before you turn off the burner. If you don't, the propane will keep coming out of the hose for a little while after you unplug it.

Exactly what I was looking for.

This was easy to use. I put it in my elevated hunting blind. The 12-foot length meant I could place the heater inside the blind and keep the 20lb propane tank on the ground.
